Too funny!
Once again, our text conversations are a form of entertainment for one and all. 😀
They were giving out Guinness samples at Harris-Teeter yesterday. If I wasn’t on an empty stomach and on the way to a soccer match, I’d have gone bottoms up! (Maybe markets could provide beer to any dad who ventures in alone.)
Hah – that’s great. I think my Husband would probably agree that’s a fine idea. Grocery stores are not for the faint of heart.Especially if you hit them at peak hours. I have grown to quite enjoy the emptiness of Monday morning at 8:30 AM. Just me, my coffee, and a few regulars including the woman who cuts my hair and the very sweet older gentleman who lets me get in line in front of him. We don’t have beer, though.
Surely this close to St. Paddy’s Day we can walk around with a beer or six? No? Grinning here.
I know, right? It could certainly lessen the tension among folks in the aisles. 😀
Oh, the joys of autocorrect. At least it wasn’t something obscene, and it was quite funny. You’d probably buy more if you had a beer while shopping. Maybe we can make this into a thing!
Yes, autocorrect is a great source of entertainment here, Tammy. There have been a few votes for shopping with beer. Kind of like grocery happy hour.
It’s 5 o’clock somewhere…why not Kroger’s?!
This is what I’m thinking!
