Will it really ever happen, or is spring just a cruel joke?
Well, based on the ten day forecast here, it’s a cruel joke. But I’m choosing to believe that it will come – just like a few other things I’m praying for!
Thank you for this! It has been a very long, very cold winter!
Indeed it has. And you are very welcome. I felt like we all needed a little hope of spring!
I’m not sure but that was just mean.
More snow tomorrow!
OH, no, not to be mean at all! It is precisely because when I look at the ten day forecast and see snow on six of those days that I needed to post that. It has to end eventually, right?
I, too, have been seeking warmer inspiration! Thanks!!
You are welcome, Phoebe! It will come soon…it has to…
Ahhhhhhhhh. I can almost smell the blossoms. I am so over winter.
That’s kind of what I thought when I saw that photo of the trees in bloom. I’ll even take the allergies! ๐
I cannot wait to see green grass, flowers, and leaves on the trees again. Thank you for the cheerful preview.
Me, too! Glad to be of service! ๐
Are these pics from this year or last? Not trying to brag but it has been about 68 here the past week. Tonight is is raining and windy. Guess I should learn to keep my big mouth shut.
Last year. I would love to see 68!
I know warmer days are coming, but why can’t they come sooner? I live in Texas where it’s supposed to be pretty warm by now. Bring on the heat.
I am not a fan of hot weather, but I’d sure take some now! Super cold again here today, so I’m kind of looking forward to being warm.
The pics are gorgeous! I hope you get to see these sights again soon!
Yes, that would be lovely…17 days until the start of spring and more snow on the way!
I needed these pictures in the worst way. Thank you for reminding me that there will be warmth!
Yeah, me too. You aren’t too far from us so you know what it’s been like here. Watching it snow…again…right now. Can’t say I’m too upset at the prospect of another snow day. I am always grateful not to have to go out in it. One definite perk of teaching. Will I be as thankful in June when we’re STILL in school past our original end date? Not even a little bit. But for the moment, I’m content to put on another pot of soup, wear my slippers, and think about how I’ll spend the day tomorrow.
Now, if it doesn’t snow enough to close school? Then watch the bitterness happen. ๐
